Terms of Service

Welcome to Yulii. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Yulii mobile application ("App"). By accessing or using Yulii, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our App. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use Yulii.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Yulii, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Yulii.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Yulii. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of Yulii, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are solely responsible for your account and any actions taken through it. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you post on Yulii, including videos, photos, comments, and other materials ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant Yulii a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display your User Content in connection with operating and promoting the App.

4.2 Content Standards

You agree that your User Content will not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Contain hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
• Include explicit sexual content or nudity
• Promote violence or illegal activities
• Contain spam, malware, or deceptive content
• Impersonate any person or entity

4.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, without prior notice. However, we are not obligated to monitor all User Content.

5. Virtual Currency

Yulii uses a virtual currency system ("Coins") for certain features within the App. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Coins have no real-world monetary value
• Coins cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside the App
• Purchases of Coins are final and non-refundable
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Coins at any time
• Unused Coins may expire or be forfeited upon account termination

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App
• Collect or harvest information about other users
• Engage in any form of harassment or bullying
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate the platform
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the App

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Yulii and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Yulii. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YULII SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yulii and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and any data associated with your account may be deleted.

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Yulii regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
